Inside Sales Account Executive
Webhose is looking for a Inside Sales Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team.
Webhose’s mission is to provide easy access to high quality web content to companies who wish to focus on data analysis and not data collection.
We work to provide access to the biggest data repositories in each vertical we serve, and we take pride in our ability to quickly take care of our clients, and fulfill their data requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify existing and/or potential customers.
- Identify and close deals with customers via phone, email or social media.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, contract negotiation and closing; handle technical inquires.
- Lead a consultative sales engagement, diving deep into a prospect’s business challenges, while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value.
- Execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, with senior management and company counsel.
- Manage pipeline and documentation in Outreach and Salesforce.
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quarterly revenue quotas.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of Insides Sales experience with demonstrated success of exceeding quarterly quotas (SaaS an advantage).
- Comfortable having “business value” and “ROI” conversations with potential technical buyers.
- Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle.
- Prior experience selling to SMB an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Closing mentality, strong negotiation skills.
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong phone presence and experience.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal a MUST.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Tech savvy, good with digital interfaces.
- Prior experience with Salesforce an advantage.
- Prior experience with US market an advantage.

Marketing Operations Manager
Webhose is looking for a talented Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist
You’ll report to Webhose Marketing Director and be responsible for managing and operating all aspects of our marketing systems, you will work closely with other departments in the company to implement processes and produce marketing deliverables. You will create and maintain ongoing reports, and explore trends while developing KPIs and growth metrics.
You will be part of a great team and have a big influence on daily and ongoing decisions, processes, and future plans. You must be analytical, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude, attentive to detail, passionate about your work, and creative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, WordPress, Google analytics, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Create, maintain, and improve metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve the marketing team’s efficiency and marketing performance.
- You will work closely with different departments such as operations, sales, and product to implement processes and procedures and produce marketing deliverables.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Requirements:
- 2 years as a Marketing Operations Specialist in SaaS companies – Must.
- Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis tools like Google Analytics and similar – Must.
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies (Salesforce, Pardot – Must).
- Knowledgable about marketing funnels, lead scoring, lead profiling, and other methods of the lead qualification process
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal a Must.
- WordPress knowledge – Big advantage.
- Attention to details and experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- An advantage for working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Content and Communications Manager
Webhose is looking for a talented Content and Communications Manager to join our team.
You’ll report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for managing and operating all aspects of our content strategy, external communications, marketing content initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats. You will be working hands-on and manage external vendors for content production. You will cooperate with all key stakeholders in the company including sales, product, and customer success to create and develop compelling content to drive growth and awareness for the Webhose brand.
You will be part of a great team and have a big influence on Webhose communication, brand voice, and a key member in the marketing department. You must be self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude, attentive to detail, passionate about your work, and creative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external content production with key team members, departments, clients and vendors.
- Write, edit and proof-read press releases, newsletters, web and product pages, blogs and marketing material copy.
- Manage the distribution of content across all channels.
- Establish and leverage media relationships, respond to media requests and pitch relevant content to media outlets.
- Define and implement PR and Communication strategies to grow brand presence in existing and new market segments.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
- Oversee the management of the master content calendar for all social media and digital properties while owning Webhose social media accounts.
- Keep current with emerging digital media behavior, trends, and technologies
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience with 2-3 years marketing experience preferred. Public Relations, Communications, Marketing and/or English majors.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt for multiple personas, channels and goals, being able to craft great copy, from case studies and blogs to long form content and social media posts.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Highly attentive to detail.
- Highly motivated person, self starter with great interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CMS (WordPress, etc.) – advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics – advantage.

Senior Full Stack Developer
Webhose is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.
You will be responsible for designing, developing and owning multiple modules in our collection system. You have demonstrated knowledge with running high-performance products including issues that arise when transitioning from development to production. You should be proactive with a can-do-it attitude, be able to take ownership and learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of our collection systems technology and architecture, designing and developing technical projects, and owning discussions on adding new technologies to our collection tech stack.
- Experience with search engine design/development/optimization.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Ability to quickly learn an existing codebase, work on bug fixes and features.
- Follow industry best practices
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of software development/engineer experience.
- At least 4 years experience of programming in Python.
- Demonstrable knowledge of technologies including Linux, big data systems, distributed applications, REST architecture, Java, and common developer tools (code repositories, building tools, etc.)
- Experience with crawling technologies – Big advantage.
- Knowledge of dark web networks – Big advantage
